SERVICE PROVISION POLICY

Welcome to Aequor Spa. To ensure a relaxing, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our clients, the provision of our thermal circuit services, treatments, and massages is subject to the following conditions:

1. Appointments and Reservations

Reservations: All services (thermal circuit, massages, and facial/body treatments) require an appointment booked via WhatsApp, phone, or at Reception.

Punctuality: We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten the duration of your treatment or session so as not to affect the next client's booking, and the full cost of the booked service will be charged.

2. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Free cancellations: You can cancel or modify your reservation at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or a no-show result in the forfeiture of the full cost of the service.

Vouchers and Gift Cards: If a reservation is cancelled outside the permitted timeframe and involves a voucher or gift card, said voucher or gift card will be considered redeemed.

3. Health Conditions and Contraindications

• Para su disfrute y seguridad, los tratamientos no deben tomarse con el estómago muy lleno ni totalmente vacío, y en ningún caso bajo la influencia del alcohol.
• Medical information: It is the client's responsibility to inform our staff of any pre-existing health conditions (pregnancy, recent surgeries, hypertension, allergies, skin conditions, heart problems, etc.) when booking any treatment or thermal circuit. Failure to provide this information absolves Aequor Spa of all liability regarding any incident arising from the client's health condition.
• Right of admission: We reserve the right to refuse service if our professionals determine that there is a risk to the client's health.

4. Thermal Circuit and Treatment Rules

Required attire: Please bring the bathrobe and slippers provided in your room, along with underwear or swimwear of your choice. Swimwear is mandatory in the spa circuit area.

Hygiene: Showering with soap is mandatory before entering the pool and sauna area.

Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Atmosphere: To ensure a restful environment for all users, please keep your voice low. The use of mobile phones, cameras, or recording devices is prohibited throughout the premises.

Minimum age: Access to the thermal circuit and massages is reserved for those aged 16 and over (minors between 16 and 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult).

5. Personal Items

Aequor Spa is not responsible for the loss or theft of valuables not left in the custody of the reception desk.

6. Payment Methods

Online payments can be made using a credit or debit card or via the Bizum payment system.
